To me Palkia is the best legendary all the reasons cause he has some good moves, he has some great art work, and that he has one of the best dragon moves,spacial rend.
what you guys think is the best legendary

i also think groudon looks cooler shiny... he is all yellowish gold and stuff ... he looks AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Favorite Legendary are

Shaymin land and Sky form

Keldeo I love Unicorns

Zekrom Because It looks epic.

But Keldeo is My Favorite out of those.
