why is Ash still 10 years old?

i mean c'mon... Ash should have aged at least 10 years in the pokemon series

welll i heard they wanted to raise the appeal to younger kids in BW, so they pretended that ash did all his journeys in less than a year

ikr ash by the time he is on unova he should be like 15s or more cause he spended so much time traveling

i think ash is like 16

is he really the same age i thought he was like 14 or something

I think that Ash is still 10 years old because the creators just want to keep him the same age and It's a children's cartoon, the creators just wants to keep the Pokemon series simple so no changes for the main characters >.<
